Ranbir Kapoor is paired with Indian-Australian actress Pallavi Sharda who acted in the film Love Breakups Zindagi. Ranbir Kapoor's parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor also star as a Haryanvi couple in the film, but do not play the role of his parents.
